Winter in Alaska can be harsh, your support is a beacon of light and hope. Your gift goes toward providing a family with food for their Christmas meal, helping house those experiencing homelessness, making sure our guests have a good night’s sleep at Brother Francis Shelter, making sure a new arrival refugee family feels welcomed upon arriving in Anchorage, offering care and resources to clients staying at Complex Care, or providing a warm, inviting space for mothers and children at Clare House. Helping Holidays connects the Anchorage community to Catholic Social Services clients currently working with one of our case managers. You can help provide gifts for a family in need and share the joy of the holidays.

Visit the CSS Holiday Wish List to see what our programs are currently in need of. Current Volunteer Opportunities

Do you love to knit? Lots of yarn and looking to put it to good use? We can use hats, scarves, mittens for our guests and clients.
